May ~ Antenatal Challenge anyone?

well you know im trying to maintain/lose a little so count me in .. im going to weigh in on friday when baby goes up a week
but well done you .. you've lost this week !
im trying to stick to around 1700 after you gave me that link, not doing so well so far .. but to be fair have had my husbands suprise bday party over the weekend with loads of yummy food, and my daughter was 11 yesturday so more chocolate bday cake!
think i'll probably put on this week, but im already working out my low fat healthy shopping list to get in on friday for next week!
ps. found out its a boy, cant remember if i told you?

Count me in too! I'd love to be down to a BMI of bang on 35 for my first MW appt on 1st June, but getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight would at least be a start.

forgot to say, Lebody congratulations on your blue bump!!!

i think we all weigh on different days but for the purpose of the challenge we could all have an extra weigh on the 31st ?

I guess I should join you too!!! I am not too sure about a goal though, but guess I could aim to STS from the beginning to the end of the month, which, given that I put some on this week, means that I have to loose about one pound. Not a lot, I know, but I am not aiming to lose during pregnancy, and also I am now on holiday for a week and have a wedding and two family birthdays (including mine) thrown into the mix to really get the calories flowing (in rather than out, that is!). So I think STS for the month will be an achievement!!! So aim: 12st 10lbs
There it is - black on white. Better get working now! :D

Count me in too :0) I'll say 4lbs since that's about a lb a week... don't know if that's a bit optimistic though since my OH seems to keep on trying to corrupt me with takeaways!! lol

Weigh in sounds fine to me, but I now think my five pounds was a bit mad! opps... especially when I have meals out planned...chinkie on Friday in an all you can eat buffet!
Never mind lets see how it goes hay ladies!

hi

ive put on a little today, now 21 weeks but have had a family barbecue and 2 bdays with yummy cakes so cant complain!

yes, will be great to weigh in on 31st .. are those figures on the list your weight loss goals ? ive put on in the last 2 weeks, so wont be too optimistic .. i'll say 2lbs loss by 31st to get me back into 13st range, lol
going to try mixture of sw and calorie counting when havent got right foods in, lol

I have also put on half a pound this week:sigh: and have my sisters birthday meal out in a Chinese tonight!:eek:
Very yummy:D but not so good for SW. But I intend to enjoy myself!!!
Since my unborn daughter is about an inch longer than some babies at this stage :eek: I will not worry to much about not losing weight and focus on sts! :)She might be a whooper! and i'm only five foot! :eek: But the hubby is 6 ft!:)

I've lost a pound this week, not bad considering it's that time of the year and cake's been eaten a lot! I think mine is just fluid/bloat though but weight is weight :D

Well done Sarah for losing a pound! :)

I my Chinese last night and tried a bit of everything in the buffet! It was lovely though but I don't need to eat today because I'm still stuffed! hehe :D

My weight day is Monday so shall update that then x

2lbs down this week, sooo happy and can't believe I am 4 weeks into it and still feeling positive , I tend to wane a bit after 3 weeks:eek: But I have a really good reason to try to reduce my weight so that must be helping;)

woooo well done everyone!

i am also off the wagon this week, went away for the weekend with my mum, step dad and my DD and a fair amount of cake was consumed...along with a pub dinner, chinese takeaway and a fish and chip dinner last night (i had a small portion and shared with DD though, but still a grease-fest!)

im pretty sure im going to have put that 2lb back on that i lost last week...oh well! hopefully it wont be anymore than that. back on track tomorrow morning!

:rolleyes: just finished my blow out weekend with chilli con carne lasagne. so definately back on the wagon tomorro for me and no excuses!

not looking forward to my weigh in on tues :(

have been so off the wagon this weekend! Love chinses meal on friday, pizza with friends on saturday, takeaway last night because after a day of moving the bedrooms around, we had no energy to cook! Plus some chocolate = 3lbs back on!!!!

Stupid me, but I will do my best to not gain this coming week! Not too worried about it yet, still only means 9.5 lbs gained at 21 weeks.
