Just to say Karen that I lose more weight when I use my weeklies. It's weird.
 
Thanks, i was hoping i would be the same. i definitely believe that you need to eat calories in order to lose weight but i am finding my weight loss really slow when i use my weeklies. Really i should use them and get more active but... well.... that requires effort lol xx
 
Some people fond being more active doesn't work! Each to their own I guess / maybe try out the dif combos/options and see which delivers the losses xx
 
Its really hard to get the balance right. You've got so many factors to consider and it really is trial and error!! I am working out on a very high level and I simply NEED all of my points or else I'd be working on too much of a defecit so my body would go into starvation.

I find its better to differ the day rather than just giving up points. Never eat the same amount or the same kind of food. Body gets used to it and adjusts to suit, thus you wont lose significant weight... it happens to most people at some point in time!

That's fab!! Any tips? Do u eat all dailies and weeklies? Do u exercise? X
 
I do exercise - at least 1 hour daily and I eat very lean and clean. I eat all my dailies (sometimes I feel I am forcing myself to eat as it's way too much food, but hey). Never eat my weeklies. =)
