2 off for me this week which is fab - I usually lose far more than this each week (because I'm on a vlcd diet), but I've had visitors and antibiotics and been in bed off work all week, and no swimming etc, so I'm very happy with this loss - could have been worse by far! :D

Thank you P! :stickdance: Although, to be fair, I'm on Lighter Life which has a reputation for fast losses and then putting it all back on afterwards! Slow and steady wins the race! :watermelon: My plan though, is to lose the weight with LL, and then start "for real" with my long term health goals, as if losing the weight was just a necessary preparation, rather than the main job to be done. :greenapple:

That sounds like a good plan Enough. It must be great to see the lbs coming off so quickly though!

I weighed myself this morning and I was up 1.2lb (official weigh in is not until Friday). So hopefully I can pull it back by then. I was surprised to be up that much but it should motivate me to stay on track til Friday!

I think once im maintaining I'll just keep my carbs down to 100grams per day.. That should do it!
 
Afternoon all,

Only 0.2lb lost this week. Very disappointing as I was very good from Monday. I am never great at the weekends but normally I have compensated for it by Friday.
Anyway, I suppose a loss is a loss and I will weigh in again on Wednesday. I won't make my target for the month but hopefully I will get a bit closer to it.

Hi all, I gained 1lb last week, changed my weigh in day this week and lost 1.5lbs. no more weigh ins until June now so looking forward to joining next months challenge. I'm pleased with my loss this month as 1lb per week is good enough for me.

Morning all, well this morning I am half a kilo heavier than I was at the beginning of the month. Very annoyed with myself but I think I know what caused it and that I have to be firm with myself all the time.
Roll on June's challenge where I need to lose May's gain and another 2 kilo
 
I totally lost the plot with May, but back on the weight loss wagon tomorrow.

It must just have been one of those months
