Although, to be fair, I'm on Lighter Life which has a reputation for fast losses and then putting it all back on afterwards! Slow and steady wins the race!
My plan though, is to lose the weight with LL, and then start "for real" with my long term health goals, as if losing the weight was just a necessary preparation, rather than the main job to be done.
