Mayo

#2
I would doubt that as mayo is made from eggs & oil. Unless you have been eating a jar a day, i doubt that would cause you to stall.
Your body must be adjusting to the new way of eating. Bare with it.
Have you been really counting your carbs? Have you been drinking your water? Have you been having way too many calories? If you have been an angel, its just a stall and it will start moving again.
Also, measure yourself. You have lost inches and not weight. Im prone to stalls, but the inches keep coming off!

Which Mayo are you using LM? Some are quite carby, I use the Tesco own brand full fat, that's minimum carbs, or sometimes I make my own, it's dead easy.

There is also PISS syndrome, post induction stall, your body may be adjusting to the rapid weight loss.

LOL! I seem to suffer with the PISS syndrome in that I can't stop it with all the water I'm drinking!!!

*ahem* sorry!
