Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

All ok just busy with sorting out stuff to go visit family. 2 weeks of very limited internet connection coming up. :)

Weight is still up, but know with this heat my hands, ankles etc are swollen.
 
WI 200g up.. 100.4kg .. 2 weeks of holiday coming up ..
 
Sob sniff .. I'm leaving my fitbit flex at home .,
 
Pre-holiday WI 500g down 99.9kg .. Thanks to the kale I'm assuming lol

Almost finished packing.. Cleaning .. Eating all the food in the fridge.. The rest is been given to the nice nephew who's going to feed our cats :)

Dinner last night lamb and large bag of kale followed by bits of broccoli ..

Breakfast .. Broccoli and eggs and bacon
Lunch... courgettes chicken ..um Brussel sprouts maybe more broccoli all washed down with milk .. Mine is lacto free ;)
Clean fridge ;)

Dinner .. No Idea ..airport food

Well it need eating and my nephew hates it.. Lucky for me I love the stuff :) specially with bacon!

Beach is lovely, water is so calm great for kids, we have 3 more days at the beach then back to the mountains to OHs family home.

Back to reality for me on Sunday .. Been reading my primal books and fasting books .. So preparing my brain for action stations once we are home.

Food has not been too bad, they just eat at odd times and I've not a lot of choice - have mostly avoided the bread, pasta etc .. Had a few bits of wedding cake as wedding lasted 3 days/ nights - at the beach loads of salads, fish, fresh homemade potato chips etc
