measuring or weighing your syns

I'm trying to keep up more or less with my syns a little better on the weekends. I've been horrible about it in the past. My question is, how many of you actually measure out your spirits? For example, tonight I'll have a few cocktails with the hubby and I want to keep track of how much I am drinking in order to syn everything correctly. Do you measure out what you think you will drink for the night or measure as you go? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

If I am drinking at home I will sometimes say 'Right, I will have 4 shots tonight' if I know I will be drinking or if I just fancy one on a whim then I count as I go. I have optics at home so I know I am only having one shot a time

That's the ones! I have the 25ml ones, I have the 4 bottle ones on a round stand

The big Schweppes bottles of mixers come with a measure cup over the top of the bottle cap, which shows 25ml and 35ml
Planned on 4 25ml measures last night - only had two!! *Polishes halo* LOL
