Mel's Last Stop - Dukan Diet

    I've finally started my new diary, but I'm soo tired I can't write another word. I'll update everything tomorrow.

    Day 1 - ATTACK (1 of 5)

    I was soo knackered yesterday that I didn't get to update my new diary. I intend to record my Dukan journey highlighting what I've eaten, drunk, my mood and hopefully weight loss ;-)

    For those of you who are kind enough to follow me I'll try my best not to bore you senseless but I'd appreciate any feedback you can give :D

    Weight 205.4 :O

    Dukan galette
    Lean ham

    Chicken pieces grilled

    Beef bresaola

    Half roast chicken

    Sample of freshly baked cinnamon muffin :blush;

    More than 3ltr water

    Mood - optimistic

    Exercise - does housework count?

    All in all I thought it was a good first day. I had to sample the muffins because it was my first time baking with bran, yoghurt and sweeteners and I wanted to see if they were as goodie as my "regular" muffins. Well they ain't but they are edible. I guess my palate will just have to adjust to them, as I'm not giving up on this diet!!

    Weight - 202.4 ~ 3lbs lost yippee :D

    Mood - Determined

    Galette & ham

    Seafood sticks x 4

    Quarter roast chicken

    Activia yoghurt

    Beef steak

    Water - more than 2ltr

    Exercise - 10 min walk :blush:

    Back at work which is helping with the want to eat crap.

    Hi Mel,

    I have started the Dukan diet today and I am also feeling determined, well done on the weight loss after day one, I cant wait to get on the scales tomorrow!! :)

    I sure you'll do well and have a great loss tomorrow (I peaked at your diary) :).

    My weight loss was mostly due to my overindulgence from the day before :D

    I'm so chuffed that I've gotten through day 2.

    I learned today that one of my colleagues has been on Dukan since the beginning on December. She took a week off at Christmas but has lost a stone so far. My boss started last week and lost 7lbs in her 3 day attack. I'm soo glad that people I know are getting good results. It inspires me to keep going and it's good to have others close by that I can swap tips with. Even my crazy friend who I work closely with is saying she's gonna start tomorrow!

    Weighed today and .....drum roll please.......

    199.8 yippee :D that's a total loss of 5.6 and out of the 200's.

    Today was a good day :D

    Day 3 - ATTACK (3 of 5)

    Weight 199.8 ~ 5.6lbs lost :D

    Oat bran porridge with skimmed milk & sweetener
    4x seafood sticks & Chicken drumstick
    Qtr roast chicken
    Muller light vanilla yoghurt
    Grilled tilapia
    Sml cup of natural yoghurt

    Water - more than 2 ltr

    Mood - Elated

    Exercise - 20 min walk

    There are now 4 of us in the office doing Dukan. It's really great to have support during the day and watch out for each other. My mate didn't have any lunch, so I gave her my chicken breast. Then I took her to the shops to get some oat bran.

    Plus I'm so competitive, they will keep me on my toes lol.

    Loads of us at work and were all on conso now so I know how it feels xxx Keep it going and its great to take Dukan foods in to all try xxx
