B Bag, thats not nice, have you managed to do any excercise yet?
I havent, the weathers so bad,and winter is heres,and all I want to do in hide in bed with chocolates and crisps, that said, Iam going to book in to gait analysis, not on my bum, but my feet, so I can get the right running shoes, Ive looked up a couple of training programme on here, for a complete beginner like me.

I have done no excercise its like swearing at me,I sort of looked at an excercise ball in lidls but i know I wouldnt use it,might try the spacehopper first!!

Depending on the weather, I Might walk to St Margarets Bay, its about 10 miles round trip, but usually we stop at the pub, wont be able to do that, well I could, but just for a black coffee
