Hi QG
I will still be posting. I intend staying TS until the beginning of May then I will start introducing food in readiness for my holiday to Canada. If I drop below goal that will be all to the good as then I can afford to go up a wee bit when I start eating normally. I think eating carbs again causes a wee bit of a gain. I want to stay on here as well as maintenance to keep an eye on how well everyone else is doing.

Yes that's the only downside with this part of the forum, ANYONE can view our diaries, you don't even need to be a member. You can click on the Exante diaries and read through everything, you just can't post a reply without logging in. That is the reason that I will be moving my diary to gold members section once I reach goal. It's a shame because new members won't be able to read my diary for help then, as you need 1,500 posts to see into gold members, but as you all know I have opened up my whole life in my diary, info, pictures. And I'd like it kept safe. For now though I'm staying here as its all helping ME on my journey, to be so open

Canada wow are you touring or visiting family?

my daughter is bored as her best friend is in OZ for a month!! at the moment visiting family. I wish I had family in a far flung destination,as all mine live within a 10 mile radius. I'm dreading Easter her mopeing will reach new heights

Hubby and I are going through the Rockies on an escorted tour but it is by the company Explore and as the name suggests it is an adventure sort of holiday involving hiking, white water rafting, horse riding and zip lines. That is why I wanted to lose the weight and get fit. Hubby went to Paupa New Guinea with them last year and did the Inca trail to Maccu Piccu the year before. So not the usual type of holiday but I can hardly wait.
I have relatives in Canada but we will not be visiting them.

Wow Mere that sounds amazing. To be honest, other than the horse riding I dont think the rest would appeal to me, even if I was slim, I'm a bit of a scaredy cat lol, but I know the Rockies are gorgeous, I'd love to visit one day.
