sunday 21st june
extra easy

Breakfast : Cooked breakfast
2 bacon, 2 eggs, mushrooms and baked beans.
grapes

Lunch : Ham salad
ham, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onions cheese(he a) salad cream, boiled new potatoes.

Dinner : mixed kebab, salad and chips (syned)

Snack : roast chicken and pickle (syned)

not a bad day all in all i dont think


monday 22nd june

extra easy

Breakfast : Bacon sarni
4 slices grilled bacon 2 slices bread

Lunch : Roast dinner
roast gammon, peas, carrots, sprouts,butternut squash, dry fried roast potatoes and gravy (2.5syns) 2 yorkshires (5syns)

Dinner : not sure yet

Snacks : pk crisps (6.5syns)


 
right i will keep filling this in everyday even if i have gone wrong!!!!!

thursday 23rd july

BREAKFAST: Bacon sarni
2 slices bread toasted with 2 slices grilled bacon and mushrooms.

LUNCH: CHICKEN COUSCOUS
cooked chicken breast mixed with couscous cooked in chicken stock with onions, beetroot and tomatoes, sliced fresh pineapple

DINNER: BITS AND PIECES
homemade quiche 3 mini ones, stick smoked cheddar (he a)tomatoes, cucumber

FRIDAY 7TH AUGUST
RED DAY

Breakfast:~ 2 slices toast (hxb) filled with 3 slices grilled bacon, lettuce, tomato and light mayo (2)

Lunch:~ slices of cold meats, egg mayo(2) cucumber, branston pickle(1), beetroot, pickled onions, marmite cheddar (hxa) ryvita minis (hxb)

Snacks:~ pineapple grapes and chicken slices

Dinner:~ 1/4 slice gala pie (5), mixed salad, milky coffee (hxa)

total syns 10

SATURDAY 8TH AUGUST
EXTRA EASY

Breakfast:~ 2x bacon, 2 x eggs, morrisons sausage, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes and 2 slices of toast.

Lunch:~ slices of cold meat, pickles, cheese and pickled onions.
pineapple and grapes

Dinner:~ roast pork, peas, dry roasted pots, carrots, butternut squash, cabbage, stringy beans gravy(2), 2 yorkshires (5)

Snack:~ grapes and a packet of frazzles (5.5)

total syns so far 12.5

hope i can keep this good week going :p
 
Sunday 9th august
RED DAY

Breakfast:~ 2 bacon, 2 eggs, bubble and squeak (hxb), morrisons sausage tinned tomatoes. milky coffee (hxa)

Lunch:~ Egg mayo sandwhich (hex b) with a packet of squares and a twirl :eek: (19.5)syns

Dinner:~ ham roll (6) syns

25.5 syns used will need to cut back before weigh in :p
