Fine thanks- i had a week off plan last week,my head just wasnt 'in the zone' but somehow stayed the same last friday!!
Started again properly on monday and been 100% ( so far !!) weigh in is tomorrow so we'll see i guess

Food for Friday the 4th December:

B: cheesey pasta - free
S: HIfi bar HEXb
L: harvester: salad - free - red devil sauce, half a ladle 30 cals = 1.5syns + simply pasta - 2 syns in case of oil + half of garlic bread 5 syns
D: bolognese with linguine - free (homemade) + 42g cheese HEXA
 
Food for Sat 5th dec - extra easy:

b: chilli chiken super noodles
L: homemade bolognese with linguine
D: cheesey pasta + 2 waffles + 30g ketchup - free + 5.5syns
snack: mini jammie dodger 1 syn

exercise:

30 mins cross trainer
5 mins treadmill

burned 440 cals
 
Back again after a few days break, ended up going out on Sat night and drinking lots of vodak red bull, didn't have anything bad to eat but made up for that on sun! back on plan 100% today after gaining 2lb last night :(

Can't believe it's 2010, I hade a great xmas and new year and acoss both weeks gained 3 lbs, been back on plan since the 2nd so confident i will reach my target weight before i go on holiday!!!

Breakfast:

2 slice crusts away bread - 5 syns
1 egg (made french toast)
2 rashers bacon all fat removed
15g reduced sugar ketchup - 1/2 syn

lunch

low fat chilli chicken noodles
hifi bar - hexb

dinner

homemade lasagne - 3 syns
sw chips
42g light cheese - hexa

snacks
twister ice lolly - 2 1/2 syns

extra easy - 11syns 1hexa + 1hexb

bfast: marshalls cheesey pasta made with no milk etc - free

lunch - home made syn free curry - free
+ boiled rice - free

Exercise:

made it to the gym at 6.30 this morning which was tougher than normal as i'm now working from home, i used to go on the way to work, will def need to keep forcing myself to go!!

according to my HR monitor I burned 716ncals which was well worth getting out of bed for!!

need to be super good foodwise tomorrow though as i'm always really hungry the day after a good workout.

Tuesday 19th

weighed in tonight and lost 2 lbs, but considering how hard I worked at gym I was hoping for more, going to try and stick to the diet 100% this week as I know i've been eating too many syns :(

having a really good week so far, not been entering my food every day but been writing it down to hand back to leader :)

hoping for at least a 3lb loss
 
feeling good today, really hoping for a great wi tomorrow, got a bit of a cold so not at gym today, which means i've only been twice this week :(
 
made it to the gym last night for an hour and was worth it as burned 750 cals - quite nervous about Wi tonight as it's the first time my hubby is coming - he's been following sw since last monday and thinks he can give it a go so it joining class tonight!
