B- 2 scrambled egg, 2 rashers bacon, 15g brazil nuts
L- mim + tsp phili, coffee+ cream
D- bacon pesto, peppers + mushrooms w/ shiritaki noodles

up too late, must get to bed now, think i'm heading to the gym tomorrow with a couple of my house mates :)

helllllo, done a big shop yesterday so i'm well stocked on all things lean and green :D

B-cheese + tomato omelette (5 cherry toms)
L- ham cheese roll up, 30g brazil nuts, 30g pork rinds
D-salmon w/ tsp pesto + salad w/ home made mustard + chive dressing

14/11/11
B- bacon wrapped asparagus and a poached egg
L-ham salad w/ ^mustard dressing, 10g brazil nuts
D-think i'm having a steak tonight w/ fried courgette

hey guys, i'm not too bad, not too great, going through a rough time, lots of work at uni + me and my boyfriend have just broke up so, trying to keep myself occupied with the work I have to do, struggling to focus though which is not good..

Eating has been pretty standard though, not even tempted to comfort my woes with old pals ben and jerry so that's good, haha

haven't logged the past few days so here goes
16/11/11
B- coffee + cream, smoked salmon, 2 egg omeltte + asparagus
L- cream cheese oopsie rolls, few nuts
D- steak + courgette chips, more asparagus

17/11/11
B- C+C, half an avacado w/ smoked salmon
L- cheesy chicken oopsie w/ cabbage
D- steak + cabbage
S- MIM + cream cheese

18/11/11 -
nothing so far.. no appetite,

today's been a cooking day, I made my very own sweet chilli sauce, and cooked up some mince that needed using up, portioned it out so I have some meals pre made for the next few days :D

B-half an avocado w/ sweet chilli sauce (sounds bizarre but it was really nice!)
+ 25g seed and nuts
L-steak + courgette chips
D-kippers + cabbage

I think not having men around actually makes the dieting easier. I mean, if there wasnt one in my house, the place wouldnt be full of crisps, biscuits, chocolate, icecream and pizza! lol!

S- macadamia nuts, sf jelly

L-peanut butter MIM
D-chicken stir fry
s- 30g seed + nut mix, soft cheese

21/11/11
B- omelet + garlic mushrooms
L- mackerel salad w/ mustard + chive dressing, 20g walnuts
D- left over chicken stir fry

+ tomorrow is planned as follows -
22/11/11-
B- omelet + garlic mushrooms
L-leftover mince + cabbage
D- stir fry chilli prawns w/courgette noodles
