Milk for tea

Hi I don't use milk as a hex as I only have 2-3 cups of tea a day, do I syn as half or one? Read conflicting things! I use skimmed milk.

If you use skimmed milk then I would syn at half, it does say to syn half a syn for every dash on everything I've read lol

I was using my hexa on milk for tea/coffee cos I have about 6 cups a day but want to cut down on that as too much caffeine keeps me awake so I started having black coffee only have about 3 a day now and I can use my hexa on cheeeeeeeese love cheese lol
