    Hiya,

I've been counting 1 pint of skimmed milk as 4 points. Is this right?

On another thread someone said it should only be 2 points. Now I'm baffled!

    Thanks

A pint of skimmed milk is 2 points, low fat would be 4 points.

    Hope This Helps

    in book 1/2 pint = 1 points, therefore 1 pint is 2 points :)

And semi skimmed is 1.5 for 1/2 pint, therefore 3 points for 1 pint :)

whole milk is 4 points for 1/2 pint, maybe that's where you read 4 points from?
