Mini Goals?

Hey all x

I just wondered if it would be incentive to have a mini goals thread to help along the weight loss?

My mini goals for the week ahead are -

Drink more water
Make sure I do at least 30 mins of exercise a day
Make sure I eat breakfast!

I am really bad at the water and breakfast. TOTM at mo so i`m givinf exercise a break but will start up again Monday am.

GOOD LUCK to any who have mini goals for the week

Setting mini goals sound a fab idea :D I've not set any before, so mine for this week will be
1. eat at least 5 portions of fruit/veg
2. go walking at least 4 times
3. stay off the bl**dy scales lol :rolleyes:

Great idea :D

My mini goals this week:

1. Get back to the gym at least twice this week, only managed once this week....must do better!
2. Start counting calories as well as fat grammes.... don't think i'm eating enough!
3. Eat more veg :sigh:
