    Hiya all!
I have been browsing this site for a while, but have taken the 'plunge' and finally joined!

I started Slimming World in January this year (am on my 6th week now and doing well!)

So I started at 15st 8lbs! dress size 18 (and being just under 5ft 2 that was not a nice place to be)

I have had a great start, and feeling positive that my weight will go down! and I will be a healthy BMI (hopefully not too far in the future!)

In 5 Weeks I have lost 1st 8lbs, been slimmer of the week once, reached club 10 and am back in size 16 trousers (I still can't quite believe it!)

My next 'mini goal' is to lose another 1 1/2 stone by my birthday in July (about 21.5 weeks away)

My mid term goal is to lose 4 1/2 stone in total by December (so I can be light enough to go dog sledding on holiday!)

My long term goal is to lose 6 stone in total, putting me at 9st 8lbs, and then stay there! (no time scale on this goal at the moment as it seems so far away!)

1 lb off this week. This is the smallest amount I have lost on my SW journey, but I am happy for a loss!

I am now in a new stone bracket!

Hi Mini_Coo, Welcome to the forum.
Well done on your loss so far and that 1lb is still a loss as you so rightly say!

I wish you well on your journey to slimdom..keep up the good work... :)

    Onwards and Downwards!
