Awww why you having trouble getting back in the zone hun? Anything I can do to help? Just remember you're not alone in this journey and if you need anything just shout. For anything - if you're about to go on a mass binge and need to be told no - shout. If you're scale hopping and it's sending you slightly mad and need to be told to stop (that includes you emmy!), I'm your girl. If you just need to bend an ear, call on me :)

It can be hard to stay motivated but we can and will do it. Hope your having a good week xx

I have found it majorly difficult to get in the zone, some weeks i have one foot in it some weeks in so far away from the zone it might as well be in a different galaxy but have never quite been back fully in it :(
This week has been a one foot in one foot out kinda week so remains to be seen tomorrow.

I'm guilty of all u mentioned tho binges, a bottle or 3 of wine and scale hopping. That's what did me last week was having a good week and got on the scales midweek to see a gain threw me off totally. But its so addictive I can't seem to help it! This site is fabulous tho of it hadn't of been being on here I'd have fallen off the wagon a long time ago I reckon fab ppl like u ( and emmey!) giving loads of support and inspiration.

Wtg on the nsv btw must have been the best feeling, hope u having a good week
Xx

Mega quick update because I must go and shower but have just got in from playing badminton and LOVED it! Not done any proper exercise since I left school and this was incredibly fun, hard work and sweat inducing! My friend plays every week and is somewhat great player so he went easy on me for all of 5 minutes and then ploughed into making me dart across the court and backwards and forwards and just about everywhere! Amazing fun and cannot wait toll next week.

Jo - hope you're ok sweetie, will respond properly when I am not so sweaty :D xxx

Oh I advise squash! It's a brilliant fast paced game that gets you sweating but also fun! Do like badminton though! Not played sport like that for years! Can't wait to get back into swimming! Used to love that before I turned into a whale-look alike in a costume lol

Don't think I am ready to die yet but he does also play squash so may have a go in the new year. When my co-ordination gets better! My 30 day shred came today! Will take a look when I am not so scared :) xx

Totally unrelated to weight loss....
All I can think of is shoes!! I am a shoeaholic and not bought any in a while but tonight have scoured the net and found some gorgeous shoes. 3 pairs in fact. I want them all!

Tomorrow at lunch I will go to Next and try on 2 of the pairs and the third pair will be tried on and if fit nicely, put in the birthday shopping list for the OH. Ahhh!

(Sad I know but I love shoes, they look gorgeous no matter what size you are :) )

Oh I was never a shoe fan! Never understood the fuss and always only ever owned a pair of trainers, then recently in the last year or so I don't know what's gotten into me!! I just love a good shoe! Boots, heels, etc etc! I'm forever falling in love with shoes nowadays!

And spoke to mother this evening and she has said for my birthday she will get me the nude oversize clutch to go with them AND the patent Mary Janes that I also adore!

Oh and bought a new ring today to go with my outfit tomorrow! Gone for a very glam rock look. Now back to painting my nails black :)

Hope everyone is ok this week and food wise doing good. I have just finished my tea, turkey and vegetable curry and it was lush! Just what I needed!
Xxx

Today has been somewhat of an eye opener and a little touch of sadness has come to me :(

The OH decided to play around with my new (pink ;)) tape measure and was measuring his waist, thigh, calf and wrists. He said why don't you have a go rather than wait for January. So I stupidly did... Sob!

His waist is 3 inches bigger than my thigh! *cry!* I mean I know I have a long way to go yet but my confidence had grown so much with my loss to date and now I feel kind of knocked down. It has certainly given me a massive kick up the bum and motivation is put back into perspective but I officially feel like a whale today.

Maybe it's * week playing with my emotions but damn it I feel ****. Going to a christmas party tonight with lots of people I don't know (in fact we only know 1 person!) and from what I know they all work within the high levels of management at Sky and within the glamorous world of tv/P.A's and are all very slim and dress gorgeously or in that "edgy chic" way. All I have is my lovely new nude open toes and the same jeans and black top.

I can usually walk into any room and talk to anyone with confidence and wit bubbling at the brim. But today, meh. Out the window. Damn you tape measure!

But nobody walks around with their measurements above their heads for the world to see! And those gorgeous skinny looking girls probably have bad skin or a **** life in other departments, and their likely to be duller than dishwater and so self obsessed.

Keep going but in the mean time keep your chin up! You'll get there but for now there's nothing wrong with you and how you are, don't touch that tape measure either, it's worse than scales ;)

Ok so I got over the tape measure thing luckily (thanks emmey for your words of wisdom :) ) and thoroughly enjoyed the party. Although the alcohol in take made me dislike myself the next day. Bleugh. Hangover central.

Today I got my new Reebok easytone trainers delivered woo! I walk a lot and my trainers were battered so the OH surprised me with these. Can't wait to get them on and get marching to work :D

Feeling positive and well on the diet front. Got a lovely roast veg and pork loin dinner cooking and making the Xmas soup for dinner tomorrow. Playing badminton again tomorrow evening so thought I would bash this out tonight so will just be able to come home, heat up and munch. Smells good and made tiny stuffing balls to drop into it as dumplings :) can't wait to try it actually! Might have a little taster tonight..... Well it is syn free so why not?

Never had a pair of Reeboks before either! Always worn adidas shell toes or DC skater trainers. Hopefully these will give me the proper support and do their toning job :) get those inches off!!

Oh my, the trainers are killing me! They need breaking in so bad, more than my nude shoes I bought - they are extremely comfortable in comparison!!
So far, I have experienced pins and needles in my toes, crushing of toes into each other so much so the nail has cut the one next to it, forming of blisters on the back of each foot (although the blister isn't forming, just bloody throbbing and sore) and pure joy when I take them off!

Only day 2 but c'mon! Trainers are meant to be comfortable!! Jeez!

Anyway, crappy headache and lack of sleep means an early night for this bumble bee!
Night all you wonderful slimsters! Xx

Wow seriously? Breaking in is one thing but that doesn't sound right at all!
Hope they somehow get better and you can enjoy the comfort!
