Planning is the ultimate in not falling off in my opinion. What plan are you doing? Have you thought about doing a food diary and then we can all have a look and try to help or give pointers, maybe tell us a bit about where your weaknesses are so we can have a good old think about how to avoid reaching for the naughties. It takes some time to adjust from old eating habits but it's just about re-educating yourself. You've made the first step, now lets see if you can take the second, third and fourth with our help :) xx

Thanks Minky x

I would find it easier to stay on green days, but have been on EE as then i can make dinner for the family that they will eat!

I just dont know what to do. i will have another read of my books, like you say, it takes time to get used to a new way of eating, thank you for taking the time to help me xx

Not a problem at all. I really would suggest you start a food diary on here, we can have a look and try to help you to make it easier on you. Or if you don't fancy doing that then just post a typical day here for me to look at :) xx

Sure...
Soup
Chop onion, carrot and 1 potato into chunks - I normally do 3 large carrots and a whole White onion. Sometimes I chuck a leek in if I have some in the fridge. Whack them in a pan, fill with enough water to cover the veg. Add stock cube, normally a knorr chicken stock pot but if money is tight then a tesco value veg or chick stock cube (at under 20p a box you can't go wrong!).

The spice part is really just depending on what I fancy. Today I added just chilli flakes while it was bubbling away, other day I put cumin, curry powder and tandoori powder, some times smokey paprika and chilli. All your own preference and taste really :)

Bring to the boil, simmer for about 20-30 mins and then blend. Job done.

Potato skins - microwave the whole potato until it starts to feel soft. Let it cool down a bit to handle. Cut in half, scoop out the middle of the pot, leaving a little attached to the skins :D spray with frylight, whack in oven for about 15/20 mins until potato starts to brown. Grate your cheese (I grated 30g for my HexA and that done 4 skins / 2 potatoes) put in the middle of the skins and back in the oven till melted.

Lush :) enjoy! Xx

Guess what i had for my tea tonight..mmm delicious!! :D Ty! xx

So weekend was cr@p to be honest, I drunk far far too much alcohol, had buffet food, kebab, ice cream and a whole other load of naughty stuff. Feel bloated and uncomfortable and it's all my fault.

Line drawn and move on.... After today :D birthdays in the office and a guy just got back from hong kong to celebrate his new year and as such lots of little biscuits and cakes that have jumped into my mouth.

Soup for the rest of the week I think :) xx
