Thanks minks........wait for it........I lost 3.5 lbs!!!!!!!! Even shared an Indian with hubby Friday (used flexible syns) ......... Still can't believe it!!!
Have Not been hungry but eaten loads of fruit and veg and NO alcohol.......polishing halo today xxxx

Chicken livers and baked beans (much to the OH's disappointment - apparently they smell :( I love 'em tho!)
Weetabix chocolate bar

Dinner
Stuffed mushrooms
Ex lean mince, onion, courgette, mushroom stalks, tomato puree, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, grated carrot. Cooked off, stuff mushrooms and topped with 5g grated cheese. 2 mushrooms - 2 syns.
Rocket and spinach
Frozen toffee muller light

Mmmmm.......chicken vindaloo looks lovely. I've had a dodgy week this week but been back on plan today. Haven't done as much exercise either because of coco's operation.......perhaps that's why I've had the munchies!!

Awww thanks, we're both well!! I'm back in work and Coco is back to being her mad self :)
I've been quite good on SW and only have 1 lb to go to get my club 10 so that is my goal for Sunday. Was very, very naughty yesterday - went well over board stuffing myself silly but back to being healthy again and feeling much better. Boy did I regret overdoing things yesterday, so not worth it.
Have missed you and glad you're back xx

Ps made Pete's egg fried rice with chicken.......was soooo good, better than takeaway......this will be another regular.
 
Yaaay you're back! Been missing your updates! I haven't been able to find any of the Cherry Alpen Lights in my Asda, are they yummy? x
