I popped into Tesco this evening (in London - amazingly it was open!) and was having a little look at the clothes section.
I wandered past a full length mirror and glanced at myself and was delighted to see I looked thinner - I only started my diet yesterday.
The I noticed it was one of those curved mirrors which make you look slimmer!
Oh well, at least it gave me an idea what I might look like if I can look a couple of stone!
