Miso soup

Have just discovered Miso soup. Taken before your meal at 23 calories a mug, it is meant to be very healthy for you and really takes the edge of your appetite, or have later with your evening 100 cal snack.
I would think even on TS you could have this, so nice and comforting.
 
I would really doubt it would be suitable for TS. People have suggested soups before and been advised against them by Exante. Things like that really aren't advisable when you're on TS

Not sure what 100 cal snack you're referring to??
 
sorry didnt make it clear, I do 2 shakes and a meal and a couple of 100 cal snacks, works for me, I know some do TS but it not for me.
 
miso soup contains tofu - lots of carbs, best avoided. But salmon sashimi - a delight!
 
ps - I am on AAM week so a vist to yo ho sushi was a delight!
 
Is miso soup suitable for vegetarians? I'm just thinking it may be something I can have once I'm maintainig.
