I have just updated my stats to show my current weight.
I am going to reset the goal weight in stages this time i think as i am finding it tougher in this phase so i need to feel like i have achieved something and i think small victories will help keep me motivated.
So my first goal is to get back to my end of phase 1 weight which is 12.13.
I have a mini goal that i want to lose 4lb to get back to over weight and then to get back into the 12's.
So small steps for me this time
