End of the day and end of the month! Yay!!!
I made it all the way through january 100% TFR with no blips or slips......31 whole days
I have had a few relatively small wobbles and i do miss food but summing up january as a whole, well its not been too bad at all.
This is now the longest i have ever done a straight, unbroken run of TFR.
I am still taking it one day at a time and try not to look too far ahead. If i achieve one more day then im happy.
I still have such a long way to go but for the moment im fine and happy with my small victories!
I hope anyone reading my diary can see that it is tough but doable. I worry every day that today might be the day that i fall off the wagon but i am actually hoping that when the time comes i will be making a choice to come off as that will be a great achievement for me!
Until then i will keep plodding on![]()
