Miss_Indecisive Food Diary (with pics!)

Starting back on Slimming World after a bit of a break, lost just over a stone a year then drifted off plan. After ten days off work and almost half a stone on (!) I am determined to get back on track!

Monday - Green

Breakfast - Kelloggs Fibre Plus bar - HEXB (5 for £1 in home bargains!), red grapes, water

Lunch - ASDA wholemeal pitta (HEXB), spring onions, onions, wafer thin ham (3 slices- how many syns should I allocate for this??), 28g low-fat cheddar cheese (HEXA), 1 tablespn extra light mayo (1.5)

Dinner - 1/4 Sausage casserole - 4syns (made with ASDA sachet mix - 7syns and 6 Quorn sausages - 6syns) added mushrooms, carrots, onions and mashed potato

Snacks - Pineapple, milky way crispy rolls - 6.5 syns

Drinks - Tea (HEAX), sugar free blackcurrant squash, water, diet pepsi

Syns - 12 (+ ham?)

Tuesday - Red

Lunch - Egg Salad, 1 tablespoon salad cream (extra light) - 1 syn

Snacks - Banana, Pineapple, 4 x milkado's - 2 syns, 1/2 crunchie - 5syns

Dinner - Lean turkey 'pizzas' with salad (HEXA), Brocolli and stilton soup (HEXB)

Haven't been too good at updating this lately!

Have just managed to lose 3lbs in the last couple of weeks so hoping to get back on track again!

Green

Breakfast - Banana, Plum, Cherry Bakewell Alpen Light (1/2 HEXB)

Lunch - Broccoli and Stilton Soup (1/2 HEXB), slice of SW veg quiche (HEXA)

Dinner - Katsu curry (adapted) 5g plain flour - 1syn, 2 tspns honey - 2 syns, with SW chips, 2 x strips of chicken (HEXB) and plenty of veg

Snacks - chocolate eclair sweet - 2syns, 3x fox's mini caramels - 6syns, 1/2 pack of Revel's - 4 syns

Drinks - 1 lite water, sugar free blackcurrant juice, tea (HEXA)

Syns - 15

Dinner - Chicken with melted cheese (HEXA) and roast veg, garlic mushrooms, 1 potato (HEXB)

Snacks - 1/2 peanut butter kitkat (6.5 syns), strawberries

Drinks - sugar free dilute juice, tea (HEXA)

Syns Total - 9.5
 
Tuesday - Red

Breakfast - Fibre plus bar, banana, strawberries (HEXB)

Lunch - Roasted veg, salad, ASDA bbq chicken (1 syn) with cheese (HEXA)

Dinner - Chicken stirfry with Blue Dragon black bean sauce (1/2 pack = 2.5 syns)

Snacks - Coco Pops cereal bar (4 syns)

Syns - 7.5
 
Saturday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Cottage Cheese pancakes with lean bacon, scrambled egg and mushrooms

Lunch - Mushroom stirfry with soy sauce, tsp chilli sauce (1 syn), added chilli and garlic

Dinner - Chilli potatoes, turnip with 1tspn light spread (1 syn), garlic mushrooms, pan-fried chicken topped with cheese and peppers. 1 tspn homemade garlic mayo (1.5 syns)

Snacks - Pineapple, small kitkat (5 syns)

Total Syns - 8.5

Sunday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Omelette with spaghetti hoops, lean bacon and mushrooms

Lunch - Mushy pea curry with SW chips, onions and mushrooms

Dinner - Roasted chicken and veg with added cabbage

Monday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Portabello mushroom with lean bacon and two poached egg

Lunch - Roasted chicken and veg

Dinner - Spaghetti bolognese with extra light cheese and wholewheat pasta

Snacks - Pineapple, 1/2 bag crispy m+m (15g - 5 syns), small fox's biscuit (2 syns), kitkat (5 syns)
