Starting back on Slimming World after a bit of a break, lost just over a stone a year then drifted off plan. After ten days off work and almost half a stone on (!) I am determined to get back on track!
Monday - Green
Breakfast - Kelloggs Fibre Plus bar - HEXB (5 for £1 in home bargains!), red grapes, water
Lunch - ASDA wholemeal pitta (HEXB), spring onions, onions, wafer thin ham (3 slices- how many syns should I allocate for this??), 28g low-fat cheddar cheese (HEXA), 1 tablespn extra light mayo (1.5)
Dinner - 1/4 Sausage casserole - 4syns (made with ASDA sachet mix - 7syns and 6 Quorn sausages - 6syns) added mushrooms, carrots, onions and mashed potato
Snacks - Pineapple, milky way crispy rolls - 6.5 syns
Drinks - Tea (HEAX), sugar free blackcurrant squash, water, diet pepsi
Syns - 12 (+ ham?)
