Missing Sausage

No it isn't innuendo bingo time...!

I'm loving SW and all the home cooking is definitely saving money but I'm missing the naughty parts of my fry up

Any suggestions for lap syn BUT TASTY sausages? Some of the low fat ones are minging!
And as for black pudding.... I think I'll never find a good one that isn't loaded!!

I use the quorn ones cos they're 1 syn on all days, but I appreciate they're not to everyone's taste.

How about making your own if you can get hold of some extra lean pork mince?

Morrisons used to sell some called something like Skinny Lizzie and they were nice. Not seen them for ages though!

I like tescos Cumberland sausages the best, the light choice ones. 1 syn each

Cauldron Lincolnshire sausages are my favourite. Only 1.5 syns each.

Sainsburys too good to be true are the best I've found 1/2 syn each.

Someone in another thread mentioned Joes sausages- I looked and you order them online not too sure whether to order some yet but the lady in the other thread said they were syn free

Linda McCartney Italian Sausages - delicious and I'm not usually a sausage fan! And hubby says he actually prefers them to meat ones which is unheard of. Not sure of syns (only just started back today) x

I totally agree. When I tired these for the first time I had to go and check the packing to make sure that if bought the right ones as they taste that nice!

Tried the weight watchers ones, they weren't bad at all! Must be extremely lean as I cooked them on the George Foreman grill and no fat came out them at all.

My other half didn't seem to mind them either - except he wanted double portions on account of them being healthy haha!
