Going to keep a food diary,started last Wednesday weighing 18st 7.5lb! Eek!!
Weighed in today at 18.4.
Im planning on trying to not eat baked beans this week! (I have a slight addiction to them) I've gone through 5 whole tins to myself in a week,I counted the points but must eat more veg instead.
Tomorrow I have my first appointment to see a cardiologist as I've been having heart problems and I'm only 30 so this is what's given me a good kick up the bum! I'm hoping I don't get told its bad news,fingers crossed!

Going to make a quorn bolognese tonight,yum yum!! If only I could find a low point garlic bread.....does this exist????

I've just ate the HUGEST portion of quorn bolognese and jacket potato,and it was delicious!!!!
