    Hey everyone :D

    I started WW today and am on 23 points per day.

    Breakfast
    Special K 3pt
    Total 0% Yog 1pt
    Blueberries 0.5pt

    Lunch
    Tortilla wrap 2 pt
    Philladelphia light 1.5pt
    Salad
    WW soup 1.5pt

    Dinner
    Tortilla wrap 2 pt
    WW fresh Spag Bol sauce 3pt
    Salad
    Strawberries 0.5pt

    Snacks
    Cherries 1.5pt
    Nutrigrain 2pt
    Milk 0.5

    Total: 19pt
    Saved: 4pt
    Banked: 4pt

    Hiya! :D

    My first day was good, thanks. I'd forgotten how much I enjoy eating healthy food. I even managed to convince myself yesterday that I enjoyed eating my cherries as much as I'd have enjoyed eating a big bag of maltesers! I wonder if I'll still be saying that by the end of the week!!

    ohhh very good! how do you work out how food represent points? and how many on average should you have a day?X

    If you have a look on the main WW section on this forum, i think there is a sticky which helps you work out your daily points allowance. The WW website www.weightwatchers.co.uk also has all the info you need.
