Yeah I'm same height and started around 14st. LOL I'm the same tiny hands and feet.

I've got my first appointment Wednesday, a lot of criteria to meet etc on nhs. Hopefully be within the year

Well hopefully the app goes well for u on wed. Wish my boobs stayed when I lose weight but they disappear... I was an A when I lost before from a DD x

I will need implants after I'm done... they go like empty sacks of skin. REVOLTING! NHS won't fund mine an ill never be able to afford It myself ... depressing thought.

My days goin okay.. had a shake.. an few glasses of water with flavouring. I got period pains today so that's annoying me but decided to stay in with the kids today so I can't be tempted with choc an stuff.

Just cooling off after tae bo, think footy is on the cards for other half. So Il study and clean up

Hi ..I had a binge last nite not a major one tho an I weighed myself this morning .. only 5lbs down so not best pleased. Had shake meal an bar today.
AFter my food pack has gone I think I gonna try a DIY VLCD ... be cheaper for me even tho it won't be as good for me as s & s. I will update my weight 2morrow as that's a full week. How's your day goin? X

DIY dosent sound like a good idea hunny. Maybe buying the bigger pack would workout cheaper for you??

hiya i cudnt afford to buy the bigger packs although they do work out cheaper... i barely have the 40quid left usually and go over my overdraft so am getting bank charges, :/
propa weigh in today an i only lost 5lbs.. cuda been better but then again cuda been worse, i cud be 5lbs heavier.
when is your weigh day? x

5lb is fantastic hunny

Order as you can then hun for now, for me its around 90 a month, I got a big clearance pack which tided me over in addition

I've got another two months or so on plan. I'm weighing daily as I've got the hospital tomorow

Hold off on shake till you need Xx

I'm 26, I work full time for local gov whilst I study to finish my law degree

Also dance etc but that's a side line thesedays!!

Yeah good day, got hospital tomorrow so being super careful. Will really enjoy my shake after the appointment
