    is it better ot mix up the plans rather than stick to the same plan daily , have bee on ee for last 7-8 weeks and have lost 7.5 pounds but have kept 6 off , was thinking orf mixing but dont know wether that is a good thing or not having enough trouble at the mo at getting the pounds to shift .

    The only way you'll know if it works (or doesn't) is to give it a go! I'm normally a red girl but this week have done mostly green and tomorrow is weigh in so we'll see! It can't hurt to give it a shake up if you think your losses are slow and you're sticking to plan 100%. I haven't tried EE yet so can't comment on that, am sure someone else will be along shortly xxx

    I always mix my days up, and it's working for me, plus it stop's you getting bored with the diet, try it and you'll see.
