Mix to Max - Diary of Princess Sausage

Hullo Princess Sausage (love the name by the way!!)

Thank you for posting all your food diaries. I'm trying to do Mix 2 Match myself, so it's helpful to see what other people are doing on it. As you seem to be the resident Mix 2 Match expert I wondered if I could ask you a question? I've only been doing M2Mfor a week now, but someone told me the weight loss starts off slow and then builds up. Did you find that?
 
Hi, sorry been awol- back now. I found weightloss fairly steady and seemed to lose more the weeks I did more at the gym- good luck!
 
Well, been off plan BUT have managed to maintain by going to the gym etc and not been that naughty. Weighed myself this am and exactly the same, so pleased really. I had an exam and was stress eating but have now passed it (numeracy 2) so able to go to uni in Sept! All good here and back with you lovely folks again!


Sat mix to max- 250ml semi skimmed for day

breakfast- neutral

2 eggs
2 slices from 400g loaf- healthy b
scrape butter- 2 syns
1 tbsp tom sauce- 1 syn

bowl straws
muller light


Snack- ryvita crunch - need to look upp syns ?3

banana
peach


Lunch-green

Jacket Potato
feta cheese-42g healthy a
salady bits


Dinner - red bbq

chicken drumsticks
lamb chops

small wholemeal roll- healthy b
scrape butter- 2 syns
helmans el - 2 syns
bbq sauce- 2 syns
salad

strawbs

tiny blob light ice cream- 3 syns
