Mixing S&S AND CD on SS+

Nope you're right they do spaghetti, mac & cheese, cottage pie etc which are classed as their meals but you can also have a small 'real' meal like a chicken salad on top of the packs so its like SS+

I bought the sample pack, they look tiny, same size as a foodpack, haven't had any of them yet though

Yeah basicaly just add water and heat on the stove or microwave. They are quite small but theyre still filling and its so nice to have something hot and more like a real meal but without the cals etc x

They're not a bad wee size considering how low in kcals they are but they're quite filling. Loads more so than a shake. It's nice to actually eat
