Very very happy - am cooking it now!

Have to say, was even yummier than I'd hoped! I hadn't done the whole shaking the pan thing before popping them in the oven before, and that really does seem to make all the world of difference! I was even more extravagent though - used a hex a and had cheesey chips! So good! Felt really naughty and syn free! Love it!

I love this as well Although I have to say I have the eggs fried in frylight instead of poached - it makes it feel even naughtier somehow!
