just tried my first tomato soup...watered it down quite a bit, I was pleasantly surprised, the only soup i had tried before was mushroom which I had to drink whilst stood over the sink cos it made me heave so much. I think I ve finally managed to get the consistency right...and then sieve it so nasty lumps lurking (yuk). I had a small peach for pudding and feel like I ve had a proper dinner....am feeling really excited and giddy :D
I really feel like I might actually be able to do this x

Tomato is not my fave, but certainly does not make me heave.

Be careful with fruit as it is high in carbs. You may get away with it, but then again it may push you over the carb limit and keep you from ketosis.

Good luck and I really hope you stick with it, as it is a great plan!

it depends what solution your doing if your doin total u can only have 3 meals a day i.e bar/shake/soup and you can only drink planwater/sodawater/blacktea or coffee with sweetner nothing else .
