breakfast: a lie-in!

lunch: leftover tomato chilli linguini with grated cheese (hex a)

dinner: bubble and squeek (made with buttery smash), crispy quorn fillet (3.5 sins), mushy peas and brown sauce (2 sins)

snacks: 2 x alpen lights (hex b)

total sins = 5.5

sunday 18th january 09

breakfast: 3 x quorn sausages, beans, w/m toast (hex b), scrambled egg mushrooms and ketchup (1.5 sins)

lunch: 2 x alpen lights (hex b)

dinner: penne pasta, pesto (3 sins), mushrooms, 7 olives sliced (1 sin), grated cheese (hex a) - yum!

snacks: biofit yogurt(2.5), banana, 2 packs cheese curls (7)

total sins = 15

breakfast: biofit yogurt (2.5 sins)

lunch: vegetarian sushi (2 sins) and ryvita limbos (3 sins)

dinner: jacket potato with cheese (hex a) and homemade coleslaw (cabbage, onion, carrot and 3 tbsp low fat salad cream (3 sins)) and lettuce.

snacks: 2 x alpen lights (hex b), grapes, 2 x minimilks (3 sins), w/m toast (hex b), tinned spaghetti

total sins = 13.5

breakfast: biofit yogurt (2.5 sins) and grapes

lunch: vegetarian sushi (2 sins) and mini ryvita

dinner: chickpea dahl with quorn pieces and couscous

snacks: 2 x alpen lights (hex b), banana, half a maxibon (8 sins)

total sins = 12.5

haven't posted here for ages - will add from time to time to keep tabs on myself!

saturday 7th february 09

breakfast: 2 x wholemeal rolls (2 x hexb), 3 quorn sausages, ketchup (1 sin)

lunch: homemade vegetable soup

dinner: chickpea dahl with sw potato wedges and ketchup (1.5 sins)

snacks: banana, 2 x skinny cow lollies (10 sins), a few bites of falafel in pitta bread (5 sins???)

total sins = 17

breakfast: allbran (hex b), biofit yogurt (2.5 sins) and chopped banana

lunch: jacket potato with cheese (hex a) and beans

dinner: roast potatoes (hex b olive oil), carrots, peas, quorn fillets, mushrooms, yorkshire pudding (2.5 sins), cream (6 sins), bread roll (6 sins)

snacks:

total sins = 17

lunch: 2 x small vegetarian sushi packs (2 sins)

dinner: 1/2 quorn cottage pie (2 sins), sw roast potatoes, carrots, brocolli

snacks: ryvita mini's (hex b), w/m roll (hex b), 3 x quorn sausages, ketchup (1 sin), skinny cow lolly (5 sins), 1/2 solero (3 sins)

total sins = 15.5
 
tuesday 10th february 09

breakfast:
nothing!

lunch: ciabbata (12 sins and hex b!!!)with haloumi cheese (hex b), olives (1 sin) and salad in a cafe - was the healthiest choice!

dinner: 2 x small vegetarian sushi (2 sins) and grapes - dinner at work

snacks:

total sins = 15!
 
wednesday 11th february 09

breakfast: banana and grapes

lunch: 2 x ryvita (hex b) and tub of low fat pineapple cottage cheese

dinner: 2 x beanburgers (16 sins!!!!!!!!!!!), cheese slices (hex a), lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, grilled mushrooms and ketchup (1 sin)

snacks: ryvita minis

total sins = 17!
 
tuesday 17th february 09

breakfast: banana and 2 x alpen lights (hex b)

lunch: butternut squash soup with w/m roll (hex b)

dinner: very rancid stir fry with some homemade ratoullie and l/f supernoodles

snacks: grapes, velvet crunch crisps (4), vegetarian sushi (2 sins)

total sins = 6
 
wednesday 18th february 09

breakfast: banana and 2 x alpen lights (hex b)

lunch: vegetable soup (0.5 sins), 2 x quorn burgers (1 sin), cheese (1/2 hex a) ketchup (1 sin), w/m roll (hex b)

dinner: 2 x quorn burgers (1 sin), cheese (1/2 hex a) ketchup (0.5 sin), w/m roll (6 sins) and salad

snacks: more vegetable soup!!!, cheese and onion omelette (hex a), 3 x quorn sausages and ketchup (1.5 sins)

total sins = 11.5
