That curry I made tonight was reeeeaaaaalllly HOT! Was nice and tasty though but may reduce the heat a little on the next one. Will put a picture in.
 
@Mom38 here to subscribe, love your diary! I'm having a bad week , feel good, but syn wise I'm out of control..... just had a lovely day at the Ploughing Match...beers, cider, hospitality tents ....

You will get back on it, tomorrows another day and you can start a fresh.

I always have a day to relax, I am trying to stick to it foodwise all 7 days and just have my wine on a Friday but if I slip foodwise on a Friday I don't feel bad as its my relax day.
 
I reckon I eat some form of curry or spicy food ( encona pepper sauce, chili , cayenne , piri piri...) nearly everyday. Your curry sounds spot on!

I've had 2 relax days this week, hoping my cycling takes the edge off them. I still feel ok, clothes fitting with plenty of room...

Quickie breakfast today.
2x Alpen Light bars
2x coffee, milk from HEA plus sugar (2 syns).

DINNER
Slimming World Chicken and Chorizo Paella. Put some cucumber on the side and felt it lacked speed. Especially as I flicked the 2 pieces of mushroom out that was in it.

Don't rate it, it tasted more like I was eating a curry and the chorizo style sausage had no taste to it. Won't be getting it again.

Apple.

One of those Coffee Shop inspired Muller Lights. Ate about 1/4 and binned it. Really didn't like it.

EVENING DINNER
Slimming World Sausages, homemade mashed carrots and sweetcorn.

MID MORNING BRUNCH (10am) (met up with friends)
Bacon, 2 scrambled egg and beans

2.5 coffee. Milk from HEA sugar (2.5 syns)

I try not to eat so much bacon but it was SW friendly.

I don't think I am going to get any of these any more as they are playing havoc with my insides. There must me an ingredient in them that my body doesn't agree with.

EVENING DINNER
No butter chicken curry, recipe from Slimming World Delights. 0.5 syns. This can be made syn free...see below.

It calls for 1tsp sweetener and its syn free. However, I am not a fan of sweetener and used 1tsp of sugar. It got divided 3 ways but going to class it as having 0.5 syn.

Bottle of water.

My stomachs calmed down now after the upset this afternoon lol.

11g air popped popcorn 2.5 syns.

OMG totally off plan today after weigh in.

It is my cheat day today.

Had a caramel yum yum at coffee morning with lots of coffee.

Went to Wetherspoons with my friend and had the Buttermilk chicken burger with chips and onion rings.

Tasted soooooo gooooooood but OMG I feel sick as a dog now lol and have a splitting headache.

Later on ill probably crack open the wine.

Back on plan tomorrow.
