BREAKFAST
200ml OJ for Iron tablet 4 syns

Bacon, beans and scrambled egg
2x coffee milk HEA 2 syns for sugar
Lime and soda

DINNER
Homemade broccolli soup
2x hi fi bars HEB

Whole melon and iron tablet at 4pm
Water

Small bowl of left over bolognese waiting for my dinner to cook
Diet coke

EVENING DINNER
2 Morrisons Melt In Middle Fishcakes...Scottish Salmon, Smoked Cod and Haddock with west country cheese center 2 syns each so 4 syns total TOTALLY WORTH IT....REALLY NICE!!
Served with a big salad of lettuce, full yellow pepper chopper, cucumber and tomato.

Coffee rest of milk HEA 1 syn for sugar.

Just what I need. All the ones I have take ages. Too many steps. (And syns)

Basically....mines just kinda throw it in the pan and use your own judgement thing.

I use either 3/4 bag of frozen broccolli or 3/4 bag of mixed veg (carrot broccolli and cauliflower).

Dice and Frylight fry 4-5 med onions in large pan til the soften and start browning...I add a little salt as helps the process...not much though as stockpots contain quite a lot of salt.

I add veg to onions in pan as if I was cooking them to go on a dinner so put some boiling water in and bring to boil...turn down and simmer for a little while. Again...own judgement with water...I added a little too much yesterday...was still nice though)

Once simmering I add 2 vegetable stockpots and simmer a bit longer, I also ad a little black pepper as I like a bit of heat.

After about 20 mins...again...if broccolli florets are small it might not take that long so just keep an eye on it. I take it off and let cool a little while before blending so doesnt burn you.

I add a little semi milk just to lighten and cream a little...its up to you whether to syn or use allowance...soup will do about 4 cereal bowls full so if using as syns...divide by how many bowls you get out of it....or use from HEA.

Blend with a hand blender and job done :)

You dont have to add the milk...try it before and if you like it then dont bother but I just think it gives it something and makes it look more appealing. I prefer it with a little milk added.

Cajun chicken, jacket potato, cajun peppers and onions. Sweetcorn

SW chicken dopiaza with load od spinach mixed in. Im really hungry tonight and feel off.
