Ok so i was out for the day and didnt get in til a bit late so this is coming to u a bit late so here goes...

Breakfast: Weight Watchers carrot cake slice 1 point

Lunch: Melon 1point
2 x Dairylea sandwiches on brown 5points (RHYS ATE HALF OF 1 SO TOOK A POINT OFF FOR THAT SLICE OF BREAD)
Special K Cereal bar 2.5 points
Quavers 2.5 points
Frazzles 1.5 points

Dinner: Oven chip butty 5points
Coleslaw 2points
Corn on the cob 1point

Half a kit kat chunky 3points

Total 23.5 - I had 1 point left over from yesterday though and i walked roughly 5miles around Cadwell Park today too so i think that works?? gained more points than ive eaten anyway :)
