Ok, so have had a picky, not realy on plan but not total binge kind of day! I think it's cuz I knew I was going to a Chinese buffet this evening for a friends birthday so for sone reason saw this as an excuse to be off plan all day!!

I'm clearly insane when it comes to the logic behind wanting food etc. Even I can't justify it to myself! Ok, so I am due on soon but need to get a grip!!

I have 4 days before weigh in on Wednesday so am hoping this is enough to limit damage!!

Confession number 2. O think I'm gonna have to right this weekend off to hormones and generally being a noggin! I have picked and indulged and am not expecting anything on the scales this week!

Determined to start afresh tomorrow! Gonna do 3 red days and a couple of zumba sessions to sweat out some of the crap and hopefully this will help!

Gonna write up tomorrows menu now and stick to it!!

Stayed the same! I was over the moon at this as had worked very hard on damage control since blow out and thought that actualy this proves this is a great diet for maintaining-when I am eventually! However for now I'd like to lose weight!! So...

And I was wrong! Seems that as we are at a uni there is a catering team and it was very much buffet style. I had:

3 mini scotch eggs (bet they are awful for syns)
Huge pile of vegetable crudités -all syn free
Teaspoon of cool mint Indian yoghurt dip
2 wholemeal Sarnie triangles. 1 chicken, 1 cheese and ham

2 slices of melon
Quarter of a kiwi
Bitesize (and I mean literally 2p size) cherry cheesecake bite thing

Black coffee

I had 1 gin + slim b4 dinner (naughty)

Diet coke after

Suppose it's not too bad realy

Glad I had a large lunch though!! Looking forward to brekkie just hope there's gonna be something i can have! Think it may be buffet style again!! (as I think lunch may be similar buffet think I'll fill up on weetabix if it's there and fruit and possibly bacon and eggs if on offer! Who knows!!! Eeek!! Realy need that 2pm weight loss this week so gonna have to bs realy careful! Think I'll leave off any more alcohol so I'm not wasting syns and just hope there's not too much damage!

Ive weighed in so I'd normally have something slightly blow out but I think tonight will opt for Chinese and a lower syn option. I'll stil be over syns but it won't be as bad as normal! Probably will have chicken chow mien!

Determine to get be over the 2 stone Mark by the end of October. At the moment that means 8.5lbs to lose which means I really need to go for it!! I've been at around the same weight for about 3 weeks. Great that I've not put on but I'm getting behind track on what I wanted to do for crimbo!
 
Lost 2 last night!! So 1 stone 7.5 in total! Want another good one this week!
