Well, I've been away for ages and slowly gaining. Reached club 10 just before I went away to work for 6 weeks over Christmas. Actually maintained for a lot of that tine but since then the weight has creeped back on. With my mum being I'll the last month cooking has kind of gone out the window.

However....

My sister is moving back home after uni and has asked me to go to a new slimming world class with her at the end of our street. I've decided that until she comes back I'll do SW from home.

Since taking this control back I do feel a lot better-it's only day 2 but I'm back on fruit for snacks, cooking homemade delights like a brilliant cannelloni last night (from SW mag) and have the muller lights in the fridge. I feel a lit better :)

My plan is to try and get a stone off on my own before she comes back and we go to class. I've never been very good at going solo but really want to!!

Fruit salad-melon, raspberries, strawberries, pineapple, banana. Tablespoon of FF fromage frais on top + sweetener
Pepsi max

Lunch
SW homemade scotch eggs-an old favourite. = 2 syns for the breadcrumbs and the rest is free.
Cucumber and carrot sticks with syn free dip made from FF natural yoghurt and herbs.
Cup of tea

Ryvita (1/2 hex b) cheese triangle 1 syn and apple

Dinner
Joes beef burger, salad, in a wholemeal bap (2 hex b) 2 cheese slices (2 hex a)
Ready salted French fries 4.5 syns

Possibly will have a ww frozen pudding here!
