Monday always a good day to restart!

Well a 700gm gain from my lowest point this week but overall an 800gm loss. Not going to get disheartened it's def fluid retention with TOM. Today I have woken up feeling ultra bloated but the tape is fleeting with going into 76cm and my belly has shrunk by 1.5cm! So I am convinced it's fluid. Lets hope by the end of the week i can confirm this!!

Will change my ticker later as i am running quite late for work.

Still determined and working on my will power to resist food! I've buckled, 3 lollies and a half slice of fruit cake........

And the reason being I forgot to start drinking my water early. I have only drunk 1.5ltrs and it's the end of the day! I am feeling really bloated and now am going to guzzle like crazy to get another 1.5 down the hatch before the night is over (it's 5pm).

I am back late at work tonight until 9 with an information evening and even though I have bought dinner thinking about forgoing it to redeem my daily cals. I do have a half a shake I can have if desperate and bullion.

What do you think?

Hey Bren, if you're hungry eat your dinner! We don't want you to go into starvation mode!! It will all be fluid retention. I decided against going up to SS+ for now, as I lost 2.6lbs which is 5lbs in 2 weeks so I'm happy. Hoping I will have a bigger loss next week, but all in all I'm happy. I also completed 2 goals.
 
Well done hun! That's great news on the loss total and in your goals.

I am sure you are right and it is probably just fluid. Although today I am guzzling now late as I was extremely busy and lazy this morning to start my drinking. Not happy with myself. And yes I am eating my dinner as i will be ultra straving when i go to bed and that might only lead to temptation so hence I have decided to eat my dinner as usual.

I am very determined to have a 100% day tomorrow on my plan.

Sbridge well done on the loss.... sometimes we need to have a little patience, but this diet works so quickly, yet sometimes not quick enough lol

ONLY got to 2ltrs ...bugger!

But avoided a biscuits, atkins bar and nibbling when I got home! Going to bed with a normal feeling in my tummy and not bloated and over eaten.

Back on the scales in the morning and heading for a 100% day also.

Must admit feel sort of guilty for posting here and not doing a true version of CD. But having made lovely new friends here I dont want to leave....

Forgive me please, feeling chuffed thought that I have found something that I can stick with and appear to be having success with.

Night all, off to do sit ups and then to bed for 5.5hours of sleep. Up very late tonight.
 
Yay 100gms gone this morning. Roll on Friday when TOM will be done and I can have a fluid free result on the scales!
So 76.2 and hoping to be back in the 75's very soon. Must also say feeling positive about ditching the 76er's this time around.

i just feel a little guilty about hanging in here when i am only having 1 CD a day.... Never mind I am loosing and that is the point. Plus I dont want to leave. xx

Having a fabulous day today, water is good, food is good...2 lollies only and must say I dont even feel like more. I feel really in control!

Blast coffee with a friend. So will be going to pick up some things for work after school, buy some stockings, go home make lunch, make dinner and then gym. Not sure if I should do the gym first? No will do it later.

Keep busy, that the key to nibbling! You are doing great and technically as you are still on one cd a pack - you are just following the higher plan!
 
Yeah the foods my old program has are more restrictive but include all the ones CD has and the fruits.

Just had to drag myself out of the kitchen and onto the computer to avoid nibbling! I snuck a couple of nuts and sultanas after my 20 mins of skipping and 5 mins on the fit ball.

Off to bed in 1 hour so just had a green tea and going to let that go down, do this app and then have a shower.


Scales be kind to me tomorrow and show another loss.... please!

Yay!!!!!!!! A 700gm loss this morning. TOM is about gone and it all appears to be fluid. WOO HOOO!

So 75.5 today. Last Sunday I was 75.3! So happy to be back in the 75's and looking towards the 74's now. Definitely think it was the 3.75ltrs I drank yesterday too. Will aim for that again today.

Oh I hope this continues, I now need at least 4.5kg's to a vanish in 5ish weeks.

How are you feeling still sore??

Doing great gym session, swim and steam really helped. WELL DONE you - not long now till your next mini goal! whoo hoo
 
Yep think the 76cm waist should be next. Although I dont want to think about the 73kg's that makes me nervous and a little doubt begins to creep in.

I love having a sauna and steam!

i HAVE HAD ANOTHER FAB DAY WITH FOOD AND WATER!

Must admit 3 lollies will be glad when they are all gone, might hand them out to students tomorrow so there is none left. 2.9ltrs down and i am going to buy another bottle (1.25ltr) to finish before bed this evening. Just about to leave work now and head to the shops and then home for the gym and marking.

Also really important..... my weight this morning was lower than my lowest last week. I thought i got down to 75.3 but I didn't only 75.6. I saw it when I wrote this mornings weight down. So 75.5 is my lowest on this restart and I am looking forward to tomorrow seeing my CDC. Not sure if she will weigh me? She thinks it's better if we use my scales. I'm also going to tell her that i am not interested in doing the Ultra light but sticking to this higher plan on CD to loose the weight.

So so happy that things seem to be moving.
