That is a loverly poem and very poignant espc re the parenst thing. I had a nice day Went for a facial - hubby had bought be some vouchers for xmas. It was a geat treat

On a LL note- I knolw we have to drink 4 lts of water per day but is it the case as I read that if you drink more that you lose more
