ProPoints Monday Weigh In

I STS this week. I am pleased with that though this week as it was my birthday yesterday and I had alot of unplanned days out during the week so I didn't keep within my propoints allowance.
I am going to do a week of sticking to my daily allowance, not touching my weekly propoints, and writing down everything that I eat/drink to help me get back on track.
1st 5lbs down and I am not going to ruin it now :)

Fell off wagon.what must.be.like 3 weeks.now but.lost.another pound!

start=232lb current=222lb goal=154lb loss=10lb remaining=68lb
 
Wooo hoooo 4.5lb lost on my first week on simple start and I forgot to take my shoes off!
 
Lost a pound. Need to update my tracker.

Had my weigh in today. Lost 1.5 pounds so down to 11 stone.
 
Lost another 1.5 pounds today so I'm down to 10 stone 12.5 pounds.:D I'll update my tracker when I'm on the computer next.

3lb off in week 1, quite happy with that :bunnydance:
 
1.8 lbs off for me this week - I had to WI a day late but it was no advantage if you look at my graph (I was 2.4 lbs down on sat!)

Zeke well done on your weight loss!

It is going in the right direction!
 
Sorry I didn't post earlier this week. I lost 2lbs at Monday's weigh in. :)
