more than 1/3?

I realised tonight that I think I might be overdoing it with the superfree food..
Is that possible?

I had 2 pork chops, 3 medium potatoes cut into roasters ( about 1 inch chunks ), a large leek, a quarter of a white cabbage, a few large leaves off a spring cabbage, and a couple of handfulls of cauliflower ( all with a little gravy ) for my dinner..
I recon that the veg must have been at least half of the total, if not 2/3...

You can't overdo superfree! The more you have the better as far surely... I think the 1/3 is a minimum to make sure you are filling up on better foods.
