I'm off to the dentist this morning so will pop into Tesco/Sainsbury's/ASDA etc and see what I can fing in snack bars and those hunger pot thingies ready for my start on Monday.

I would have started earlier but it is my birthday tomorrow and I don't want to spoil my family's day by refusing all chocolates!
