Morrisons garlic basted chicken (fresh)

My Mum offered me a chicken when I was in and not one to refuse a free meal I accepted, little did I know it was a garlic basted one.

Anyone know what the syn value would be for it? I don't want to waste it and cant stand chicken skin - so thats a few syns saved.

Your welcome. I hope i did it right. I asked for 100g portion but didn't know the whole size of the package/portion so just entered 100g
