Hiya Guys.. :D

Just wanted to ask you for Motivations Tips,

What keeps your mind off food etc?

I am on Day 3 of yet another Re-start & this is the hardest ever, I have a Headache, I feel like I have no energy, Feel Down, just wanna sleep. :cry:
I just want to grab some biscuits as I drink my Tea while typing.. lol.

Any Advice or Tips?

Hi, I am on day 3 as well, it is really difficult isnt it, cant give you much advice but just think only 4 days till weigh in and all those pounds that will have melted away by then :). Why dont you go and have a hot bath with lots of bubbles and a good book or magazine and stay there until you are all nice and wrinkly then get out and pamper yourself a bit-

Good luck.... and you CAN do it, these are the hardest day, by tommorow you will start feeling so much better
