    Hi all,
I remember from the starting dvd that we aren't supposed to use mouthwash, but can anyone remind me why? I'm supposed to use an antiseptic one as I had a tooth out before christmas and the hole didn't heal quickly so got inflamed.
    Thanks
    Pele.

You can. Listerine original or Corsodyl. I wouldn't leave my house if I couldn't use mouthwash LOL

I thought you could use any mouthwash that is alcohol free. Don't think that Listerine is tho. I use the one that looks like its 2 colours then you shake it up before you use it. Cant remember what its called it might be Corsodyl actually

i've used mouthwash every single day and have lost a pretty good amount of weight :)

have used listerine citrus, a green listerine. both have alcohol in them. and also used asda own brand.

i think in future i will stick to original listerine just so i play fully by the rules. shame it's so chuffing expensive  grumble grumble
