moving up to ss+

    Hi my cdc has advised me to move up to ss+ on this coming Friday as I'll be going into week 13. Can anyone tell me what their experience of this does the weight loss slow down much? Ever since she mentioned this move to me last week I can't stop picking:( I feel like I could lose control I'm sure I'm well out of ketosis. Oh hum!

    Weight loss is just about the same give or take a few pounds a month being honest I've been ss+ since day one x

    That's encouraging. I must admit I'm looking forward to eating with a knife and fork daily! LOL

    Hi rachele - I have SS+'d since day one. 26lbs in 5-half weeks, so going well. I've stuck with the fish and chicken, but have had salmon and 3-4tbs of veg rather than the 2. A conscious choice to increase veg, but it has worked well for me. My CDC reckons the difference can be around 2-3lbs less a month and my losses seem to bear this out. Enjoy shopping for your food - I love being able to chose my meals for the week, and remember your water!! Hope it goes well. Tx

    Thanks Tracey - you're doing great. I'm dreaming of the meals I must admit. Have updated my signature my next wi, and last one on ss, is Fri so it'll show how things go on ss+ in comparison. I hope i can stick with it.
